my mother has been well behaved,
in terms of not peer pressuring us to procreate,
at least for this first year of marriage.
at least not to our face.
we appreciate that.
my brother and his lovely girlfriend are expecting a child,

my initial reaction was purely selfish:
this will buy us even more time
*also worth noting is that mom's vague status message about becoming a Noni netted at least two people who assumed it was us
